We are very pleased to offer retail and office space for rent in our Dallas Center building, "Roll of Honor" (ROH). The building is so named as it sits on the exact site of the city's former Veteran's Honor Roll and has been dedicated to the veterans of all of the services from the Civil War to the present day.

Roll of Honor fronts Walnut Street (Main Street) in Dallas Center at its main intersection with 15th Street in the Uptown Business District. We purchased the building last month, and units are renting, with three sizes remaining ranging from 308 sq ft to nearly 700. Our rates are very reasonable, and we would be happy to share in minor modifications to make the spaces workable for you. These spaces are ideal for small shops and static businesses such as accounting, insurance, legal work, design services, even a small church. We are not set up for food service or preparation or vehicular entry or repair, however.

Dallas Center is a progressive small city just minutes from Adel, Grimes, Johnston, West Des Moines, Clive, Urbandale, and Granger. It is home to the famed Dallas Center-Grimes School District and is presently undergoing a resurgence in its business district with several of its historic buildings having new ownership and large planned expenditures for new facades, redeveloped purposes, and a new focus on business.
